DISTRIBUTION OF WASTE BAGS

We currently have not been provided with recycling and organic waste bags.

PAYMENTS

CITATIONS - Payments can be made online from the website les.gov.mt, or by sending a cheque directly to LESA or by visiting the Council.

RENT LANDS AUTHORITY - Payments can be made online from the website landsauthority.org.mt/services/rent-payment/ or by sending a cheque directly to Lands Authority, or by visiting the Council.

PERMITS – Applicants can apply by using this link https://localpermits.gov.mt/ at least 4 days before, or by visiting the Council.

TRADE LICENSES - Payments must be made online from the website licences.gov.mt/trade.aspx, or by sending a cheque or by visiting the Council.

ONLY the person seeking a service must enter the Council office, and should wear a face mask. Accompanying persons, must wait outside.  When seeking Council services, we urge you to contact us by either calling us on 2779 6000, by email on mosta.lc@gov.mt, or through our Council Facebook page.
